Job Description:
We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven automation workflows that transform business operations. You will work across different industries to identify automation opportunities, develop intelligent systems using AI technologies, and deploy scalable solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
This role requires strong expertise in AI integration, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, and custom API integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Design, build, and implement automation workflows using AI platforms, RPA (robotic process automation) tools, and integration APIs.
- Work closely with data teams and developers to integrate AI models into automated workflows.
- Optimize and maintain automation systems for scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
- Monitor automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized AI automation solutions aligned with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, AI workflow design, or business process automation.
- Experience with Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI concepts like NLP (Natural Language Processing), machine learning basics, and intelligent decision trees.
- Strong analytical thinking and process improvement skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional AI automation solutions.
